Aimi has been interested in performing Arts from the word go! She loves singing acting and trying to dance! She first performed at the age of 3 as a snow flake at the Gordon Craig Theatre, progressing onto more challenging roles including a monkey, a panda and 3rd villager at the back on the left!!!
Her favourite roles include Audrey – Little Shop of Horrors, Sybil Burlington – Daisy Pulls It Off and most recently Hermia – A Midsummer Nights Dream. Her most recognised TV appearances include a commercial for BT call sign and an appearance in an episode of the Vicar of Dibley.
As well as performing Aimi enjoys teaching younger children drama and stagecraft at both the Stevenage Lytton youth theatre and Stagefrights Theatre Club ltd in Buntingford.
She has enjoyed directing shows for the Lytton Youth Theatre and looks forward to her next project with them – Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!!!
Aimi received her first qualifications for Drama and Music at the Nobel school and then went on to do a B-Tec Performing Arts course at Oakland’s college in Welwyn garden city. She is continuing to work hard at the moment as she is in her 1st year at Drama school and loving every minute of it!!!
